This beautiful apartment is a three bedroom, two bath home at 1700 square feet.  Amenities include on site staff, 24 hour secured building, and off street parking.  In close walking distance to the great schools, parks, and stores that our city has to offer.  Also located near the bus stop for convenience.

    I think this is very well thought out. You have a clear direction with the home you are trying to promote. Its clear if I have questions who to call and what hours. Nice layout, easy to read.

    I would work on a more clever heading, otherwise this is excellent. No apostrophe after Saturday or Sunday.
