Land at our Open House!

All of us at Knotz Landing is excited to announce our Open House on Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 5:00 to 9:00 in the afternoon. Knotz Landing is a great place to call home. Come visit and see what we have to offer. Our friendly staff is excited to meet you and make your experience here extraordinary. This is a community with childrens' well being in mind. Our property includes a play set and sand box located next to the office for the kids, so bring the whole family!

We have a few availability's open that are for sure to please if you are looking for a new home! We will be providing information regarding our income limits, tenant requirements, and availability options. If you are seeking a new home, stop in to see what we have available and hear about our income and tenant guidelines. There will be snacks and beverages available to all.
